Legacy Foundation invited nonprofit organizations and Lake County public schools to submit a project proposal that impacts Lake County in a positive way. Submissions were narrowed down to the top 8 - now it is up to you to decide which organization will receive $2,000 to implement its project!

Project Title: Camp GOTR

Project Summary: Camp GOTR provides a one of a kind opportunity for 3rd - 5th grade girls to develop self-confidence and learn life skills they can use now and as they grow.

Project Activities: This program is designed to address physical, emotional and social development in 3rd - 5th grade girls through fun and engaging lessons, using an intentional curriculum. The theme for the week is "Girls with Power" and will focus on emotions.
